There are two categories of the strategy formation, the deliberate and the emergent strategies. These will be discussed to highlight the steps involved in the forming of the five Ps of strategy formation. This report will also discuss the four levels of strategy formation with respect to the hierarchy of the organization. The decision and the strategies which are formed on different hierarchal levels and their implementation in the organization will also be discussed in this report.
